WHY FURNITURE COMPLETELY MADE OF MDF?
MDF is a solid and pressed material that does not leak water. The production process is made of three consecutive stages:
First stage: sanding and painting with insulator to close the pores of the material;
Second stage: re-sanding and painting with base primer to get paint;
Third stage: painting with polyurethane paints.
Polyurethane paints are water-resistant plastics in liquid form and are commonly used to protect wooden surfaces.
Their main ingrediants are acids derived from natural oils, nitrogen-based chemicals, hardeners and mineral solvents that are the basic for supporting other components.
